激光淬火基体对铬层主裂纹在基体内扩展路径的影响

Abstract提出了先激光离散淬火预处理基体后,再镀铬提高镀铬身管寿命的复合工艺.靶场实验身管解剖表明,激光淬火基体可以控制铬层主裂纹在基体内按原路径扩展,不向界面偏折.其控制机理是由于在原始基体和铬层之间存在一个具有沿原路径方向递减的硬度梯度激光处理层,导致该方向的裂纹驱动力增加,诱导裂纹在基体内按原路径扩展.
